When you record your thoughts and reflections on your event or project, consider the following:
- What sparked your idea for this project?
- What need does it fill for students, or for teachers?
- What did you need to do in order to make this project happen? (conversations, aligning allies, getting around or converting blockers, reserving space, etc.)
- What happened during the project?
- Where does the project go from here?
- **How did it feel to step publicly into a leadership position?**
